Tasty No Bake Energy Balls #AD~Gifted
I was so pleased to receive this No Bake Energy balls kit through the post for review and could not of arrived at a better time for me.
Recently I have been trying to make small health changes as I’ve had bouts of not feeling as healthy as I once did. I’ve always been a 14/16 and I’m cool with that. I embrace my curves and if I felt totally well I would probably carry on as I am. In an attempt to get my health on track I’ve been more active and assessed my nutrition and where I’ve been going wrong in terms of what I eat.
The trouble is over the course of the past year, I have felt tired, sluggish not as supple as I once was, added to that, I have had low immunity and I know I could be eating better.
I have a sweet tooth and love all the cakes and biscuits! I was concerned there may be an underlying health issue, but following blood tests which came back fine, the general consensus, was to lose weight. I was even offered vouchers for slimming world…No thanks.!
What are Energy Balls?
Energy Balls area fab combination of healthy fats, good carbs, protein and high in fiber. They are a perfect on the go snack filled with nutritional benefits.
The Energy Balls kit was so neat and compact that it arrived through the letter box, I assumed this would be a recipe and I would have to get the ingredients. The good news is all the ingredients were included and weighed and packaged ready to make.
Making the Energy Balls
Reece was able to make the Energy balls, all I had to do was open the packets and chop the dates for him. The ingredients all went in the bowl together , a good mix. Then the fun bit! Reece loved rolling the balls. No baking we simply popped them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
The Energy Balls were delicious, a smooth chocolatey bite to eat. Reece commented that they were like sticky toffee pudding! We will certainly be buying these on a regular basis. These are just what I need to satisfy my sweet cravings but an absolutely guilt free treat.
