Delicious Dark Chocolate Brownies

The Most Delicious Brownies 

Hands up if you don’t  like Brownies!! Nope? None of you? I thought not; that’s why I’m going to share with you my recipe for my Delicious Chocolate Brownies.

It’s true for me that as I’ve got older that my love for chocolate has not left me, the relationship with Chocolatey goodness of all kinds has only got deeper.

Over the years together though my taste has changed and I find in baking I much prefer to use dark chocolate, no less than 85%, this recipe is still just as good with a lighter chocolate and my boys prefer it, It’s each to their own.

Ingredients

  • Now Lets Ma200 g Unsalted butter
  • 250g  Granulated Sugar
  • 50g    Soft Light Brown Sugar
  • 85g    Cocoa Powder
  •   5       Large Eggs
  • 300g   Dark Chocolate
  • 1/2      Teaspoon Salt
  • 2         Teaspoon Vanilla extract

Now Let’s make these bad boys!

Preheat your oven to   350 f/170 c

Melt your chocolate and butter at a gentle heat, in a bowl, stirring to keep a nice consistency. Remove from the heat once its melted.

In another bowl mix together the sugar and  eggs, adding them one at a time , whisking after each egg. Add the vanilla, salt  and cocoa powder.

Next sieve the flour to the chocolate mixture  and gently fold in together. 

Pour the chocolate mixture to the batter and whisk well until it is  of a smooth consistency.

Add the mixture to a pre-lined 9 to 13 ” baking tray and bake for 25 mins. 

Once ready leave to cool on wire rack.

Should serve 16 portions, unless you have sons, then it could be 6 because they will be dividing it up before its even cooled down!I hope you enjoy these Brownies, let me know what you think if you made the recipe.
